I meet with clients in a comfortable and confidential setting to assist them with their estate planning goals & objectives. I explain the essential role that various estate planning documents play in order to eliminate the need for court intervention or Probate of their estate upon passing. The primary documents that I draft for clients include Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney for Finance, Advance Health Care Directives, and Nominations of Guardianship (among others). I answer any questions clients may have about the planning process, and thoroughly enjoy providing them with the peace of mind and tremendous sense of completion they feel when we ultimately execute the documents.

Practicing law is a second career for me, after having spent 12 years in the corporate world. I became an attorney out of a great interest in and respect for the law. But it's my tremendous passion for helping people that makes being an estate planning attorney the perfect fit for me. I appreciate the opportunity to help people deal with difficult life situations, and do so with empathy and compassion. I take great pleasure in taking a seemingly difficult, if not daunting, subject matter and making it painless (even fun, at time) for my clients.
