Tax Panel
It is my pleasure and privilege to introduce you to this year's Tax Panel. We have purposefully moved up the date of this year's Tax Panel because not only are there many changes that have occurred that you need to know about but even more important is knowing about them early enough in the year so that you can make the necessary changes that apply to your situation.
In the room you will have three amazing professionals who, all told, have decades of experience in the tax field. They will answer some pre-planned questions, provided by the Moderator, Yours Truly, and then it will be opened up to the attendees for questions.
Luba Milgram specializes in tax planning for small business owners that provide a high return on investment. As a Certified Tax Planner, she offers concierge tax and accounting services to assist clients with anything from income shifting strategies to managing a family business. Luba is a co-author of the best seller "Thinking Outside the Tax Box".
Luba began her career at the major tax preparation company in 2002. Her years of experience and on-going tax education enable her to help thousands of individuals, families, and small businesses navigate the Tax Code and solve the most complex tax issues and disputes. Luba has been an Income Tax Course Instructor and presenter on tax issues. She always makes a point to get to know the clients personally, so she really understands their business, help them maximize cash flow and minimize their tax liabilities.
Luba credentials include IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Tax Coach (CTC), Certified Tax Planner (CTP), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) Fellow and Concierge CPA graduate.
Luba is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Professionals, American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Luba has helped low income individuals through Volunteer Income Tax Assistant Program and served as a Treasurer for the local Hadassah group.
For her clients who are going through a divorce, and as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst - Luba helps with Divorce Tax Planning.
Luba is a co-author of the best seller "Thinking Outside the Tax Box".
Randy Michel is a CPA with a boutique accounting firm that provides tax and accounting services for individuals, all types of business entities, including corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and sole proprietors, and estates and trusts.
We also work with estate attorneys, trustees and their clients to to establish proper trust accounting records in accordance with the California Probate code.
