Why 2.0? Well, after 10 years it is time for a change. A change in location, a change in format and a change in the design. So, we're bringing in a top-notch speaker, holding it in a top-notch location, providing all of the networking and business opportunity you could ask for with some of the best professionals in the community that specialize in working with people dealing with divorce. While this particular meeting may not have all of the following, we expect to provide continuing education, networking, study groups, break-out sessions, case consultations and more......

This event is completely free to all FIRST TIME attendees. It is an opportunity to find out what the Divorce Transition Professionals is all about, what it is about to become and how becoming a member will benefit you. So, if you are a professional in the divorce field i.e. Attorney, Accountant, Financial Professionals, CDFA, Mediator, Therapist, Realtor, Mortgage Broker etc.....please attend and check us out. There is nothing like us in the area currently.

I am a miracle. Once a corporate lawyer with a wonderful family and the material luxuries of success, my life was forever changed by a car accident in 2002. My body was broken. In the years since, I have undergone eight (8) spinal surgeries and experienced severe chronic pain, PTSD, major depression and addiction issues. I sought help across the U.S. without success. I reached a point of total hopelessness and despair.

 

In 2016, I fully committed to a 12-step recovery program and to work with a life coach, options I had previously rejected. Following a step-by-step action plan, my attitude and outlook upon life was transformed and with it my entire life. I still experience chronic pain, emotional challenges and moments of feeling stuck or unproductive. However, I have learned how to manage them and enjoy a life of great joy and fulfillment.

Mandy is a Partner with Wealth Partners Alliance, launching the Houston office with Partner and RJFS Wealth Advisor, Brandon Glasscock.  With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry that spans banking, insurance, and asset management sectors, Mandy joined from Wells Fargo.  Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, Mandy began her career as a Junior Financial Advisor with Commonwealth in San Antonio.  After Commonwealth, Mandy joined a major insurance company to learn more about Life Insurance, Annuities and Long-Term Care, and quickly earned the role of Team Leader with Invesco.  Her experience led her to be recruited by a small mutual fund company as the Regional Director for all of Texas and Louisiana specializing in energy investments. Mandy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and also earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) certification.

Mandy’s integrity and tenacity fuel her desire to assist clients in addressing their financial needs. Utilizing a team approach, she is dedicated to providing personalized financial advice for individuals and families. Working with a diverse clientele, Mandy enjoys understanding each client’s unique needs and providing sound investment guidance. Focused financial strategies require planning, discipline, and common sense, which she uses as a foundation in the planning process for her clients.

Away from the office, Mandy stays active and regularly attends boot camps, spin classes, and Pilates. As a foodie, she also relishes in sampling all of the unique cuisine available in Houston and recently began exploring the city’s arts. In her free time, Mandy enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling to fun, exotic places when possible. Mandy is also a member of the Houston Alzheimer’s Association.

Neil Palache is dedicated to empowering women as is shown by his involvement in many community and business organizations such as the National Association of Women Business Owners Ventura County, Women’s Economic Ventures and the International Women’s Festivals Santa Barbara. He has also started several groups such as the Money Mastermind for Women™ and the Divorce Transition Professionals™.
