Even before I was married and while I was in a happy marriage I always felt there should be no shame in divorce.
If you can save your marriage I’m all for that but no one should stay in a loveless, unhappy marriage.
I want to change the narrative on divorce. Divorce is different for everyone and it is not a linear path. There were painful moments before during and after my divorce. It took work but we ended with a peaceful resolution and have an amicable post-divorce co-parenting relationship.
Now that I’m on the other side of divorce and thriving I am passionate about helping people truly love their life after divorce. It lights me up when I hear someone say, “I’m happier than I’ve ever been!”
A true California girl, born and raised in Los Angeles I’ve always been health-minded but over the last 15 years I’ve upped my personal growth game and have taken a more holistic approach to wellness. I’ve poured myself into learning about healthy living including nutrition, clean beauty, eco friendly living, stress reduction, self-care, fitness and holistic methods to prevent illness and live a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been a wellness and lifestyle writer and educator since 2005.
The mind body connection is more powerful than you can imagine. Your physical health has a direct correlation with your mental health. It is vital that you take care of yourself in the best possible way to get through any challenging time, particularly divorce which is why my Body Harmony Method is included with all of my coaching packages to help you become the best version of yourself, inside and out.
