Description
In this era of accelerated global change, the need for people to learn evidence-based
skills and practical strategies to improve resilience, vitality, and overall well-being while
lowering stress have never been greater. In this talk, you will learn how the heart and
brain interact to create a state of resilience and coherence. You will also learn a
technique developed by the HeartMath Institute that helps to facilitate resilience in these
times of need.
Bio
Harry Sherwood is a HeartMath® Certified Trainer, Wholistic Life Coach, and Vistage
Speaker/Trainer. Over the last decade he lived with and learned from monks, yogis,
martial arts masters, professors, and psychologists. Harry practiced thousands of hours
of meditation and received a Religious Studies degree from the University of
Michigan. Experiencing the benefits firsthand, led Harry to become a HeartMath
Certified Trainer where he now helps groups and organizations to reduce stress and
build resilience in order to create a healthy environment with optimal performance in
their companies.
