This Month's Program
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
with Michele Molitor,  Executive Confidence Coach & Rapid Rewire Expert

Imposter syndrome is a somewhat mysterious mind trap that affects most people's confidence at one time or another. Especially after going through the challenges and trials of a divorce.

Has the emotional trauma of divorce left you doubting yourself? Personally, or even professionally?

Doubting your ability to make sound decisions or caused you to feel like a fraud at your job because inside you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unsure of how to move forward confidently again?

All of which is taking a mental and physical toll on your well-being in all areas of your life?

Michele will be sharing with us a bit about what imposter syndrome is, what triggers it and how she helps folks overcome the debilitating effects of Imposter Syndrome to reclaim their confidence and sense of self-worth after going through the pain of a divorce.

Michele is a highly trained certified coach and hypnotherapist, and co-author of the best-selling book: “Breakthrough Healing.” For 20 years, she has worked with talented professionals helping them to overcome imposter syndrome and reclaim their confidence in the wake of divorce to create a thriving life and career. If you’re ready to eliminate anxiety, fear and self-doubt from your mindset once and for all, then connect with her directly on her website: www.michelemolitor.com

Jason Russell
Financial Advisor

I have 30 years of a diverse professional life in international markets. As a 'serial entrepreneur' I built successful small businesses which included bars and restaurants in Prague, an export and distribution business in India; a franchise of English language schools for children in Italy; and finally a real estate investment company in Florida.
Each chapter of my professional life presented its own challenges and opportunities and contributed in profound ways to my ability to assess situations, listen with great care, identify pain points and provide real, tailored solutions. As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I have found my calling.

PHILOSOPHY
I take the time to get a clear understanding of what's important to my clients, then use an established process to build personalized strategies to help achieve their goals. Finally, I partner with them throughout their lives to help keep them on track. Many of my clients seek to achieve their financial goals through investments which are in alignment with their ethics. To that ends, I work deeply with my clients to build portfolios suitable to their financial goals while incorporating ESG investing principles (Environmental, Social, and corporate Governance).

MY CLIENTELE
While I welcome the opportunity to meet with anyone who has questions and/or concerns about their financial life, and to seek mutual agreement if we are a 'good match' of client and advisor, I also focus on two major demographics:
--Early to Mid-Career Professionals seeking to design a 'work optional' lifestyle who may have irregular streams of income (small business owners, real estate agents/real estate investors, sales representatives, etc.)
--Late career households which are approaching or already living in retirement with concerns about maximizing their investments to live a full life in a tax efficient way, not outlive their money and leave a legacy for their loved ones and/or charitable causes important to them.
