DTP was founded in 2017. Our primary Mission Statement that still holds true today is:
Making Divorce Just a Little Bit Easier™
We believe that this can be accomplished by bringing together amazing professionals all of whom have expertise in the divorce landscape and all of whom understand what it means to collaborate.
At each chapter meeting we bring you a top-notch speaker or program, providing on-going education, and an opportunity to network and collaborate with some of the best divorce professionals in your community. Our meetings are typically an hour. We respect that you are a busy professional and are sure to provide a compelling, productive meeting, the ultimate results of which will meet our goal of supporting folks as they go through divorce and in growing your business, concurrently.

Russell Doi: Reverse Mortgage specialist
Russell Doi is a mortgage educator who has a passion for helping retirees improve their cash flow and liquidity, to live the lives that they deserve. For over 35 years Russell has found innovative solutions for his client’s lending needs. Russell spent the early part of his career helping countless families purchase and refinance homes throughout CA. About 15 years ago, Russell discovered a deeper purpose for his work, helping retirees get the financial support and services to lead happy, healthy lives.
Phil Galante: Mortgage planning and lending
Phil is a San Francisco native and has been in the mortgage business for 15 years. After spending 13 years doing home lending for banks he decided to join the brokerage world to be able to offer his clients a wider variety of lending solutions to fit their needs. Three years ago he became a Certified Divorce Lending Professional to help divorcing homeowners navigate finance and real estate through a difficult and emotional transition in their lives.
