Welcome to the Divorce Transition Professionals (DTP)

DTP was founded in 2017. Our primary Mission Statement that still holds true today is:

Making Divorce Just a Little Bit Easier™

We believe that this can be accomplished by bringing together amazing professionals all of whom have expertise in the divorce landscape and all of whom understand what it means to collaborate.

At each chapter meeting we bring you a top-notch speaker or program, providing on-going education, and an opportunity to network and collaborate with some of the best divorce professionals in your community. Our meetings are typically an hour. We respect that you are a busy professional and are sure to provide a compelling, productive meeting, the ultimate results of which will meet our goal of supporting folks as they go through divorce and in growing your business, concurrently.

This event is completely free to all FIRST-TIME attendees. It is an opportunity to learn more about the Divorce Transition Professionals. If you are a professional with divorce expertise, please check us out.

There is nothing like DTP!

Kent Meyer is a lifelong California resident specializing in California property tax issues.

Educated at UC Santa Barbara, Kent spent over 16 years working in an Assessor's office. The last two years in county service, he represented the Assessor in front of the Assessment Appeals Board.

In 2016, Kent switched sides and began his career protecting property owners from the Assessor.

Kent has represented clients by reversing erroneous reassessments, reducing property values due to declining markets, and reducing base values upon change in ownership or new construction.

Assessment Protection Network provides risk analysis from a property tax viewpoint when estate planners and CPAs are advising clients on the benefits of utilizing legal entities as shelters from liability and for estate planning purposes.

We review documents before finalizing to verify no property reassessments should result. We also review documents to determine if prior reassessments may have been unreported.

Assessment Protection Network provides professional California property tax advice, review, and protection.

Holly Gustlin
Senior Loan Officer - Lending Resource Corp.

eMail: holly@hollygustlin.com

I help people realize their dreams of owning a home with a payment they can comfortably afford.

My subspecialty is helping self-employed people prepare for success when they are planning to buy or refinance a property. I do the income calculations underwriters perform on drafts of tax returns before filing so that my clients know in advance of applying for the loan whether they will qualify. This helps them make informed decisions regarding tax returns.

Lending Resource Corp. has more loan resources than any other broker or banker because my corporation is approved to do business with two large brokerage companies, a mortgage bank that is approved in most states, and directly with Rocket Mortgage and many others.

I support people in every area of real estate finance, including, Jumbo loans, Conventional loans, FHA, VA, Construction loans, Reverse Mortgages, loans with outside-the-box guidelines (Non-QM), multifamily, private money, and commercial.
