Welcome to the Divorce Transition Professionals (DTP)
DTP was founded in 2017. Our primary Mission Statement that still holds true today is:
Making Divorce Just a Little Bit Easier™
We believe that this can be accomplished by bringing together amazing professionals all of whom have expertise in the divorce landscape and all of whom understand what it means to collaborate.
At each chapter meeting we bring you a top-notch speaker or program, providing on-going education, and an opportunity to network and collaborate with some of the best divorce professionals in your community. Our meetings are typically an hour. We respect that you are a busy professional and are sure to provide a compelling, productive meeting, the ultimate results of which will meet our goal of supporting folks as they go through divorce and in growing your business, concurrently.
This event is completely free to all FIRST-TIME attendees. It is an opportunity to learn more about the Divorce Transition Professionals. If you are a professional with divorce expertise, please check us out.

Kay Wilson-Bolton, born in Rochester, N.H., moved to California in 1955, where she earned degrees from Cal Poly Pomona and The Master’s University. She became a prominent real estate broker, serving as Santa Paula’s Mayor and co-founding SPIRIT of Santa Paula. Kay’s community work included addressing homelessness through food programs, shelters, and other services. She held leadership roles in numerous organizations and received multiple awards for her service. Her life story, detailed in her book Harvard Shelter, reflects her relentless commitment to helping others.

Luba helps small business owners, and high net worth individuals experience more freedom through structuring or restructuring their finances, by using a methodology that allows to pay less taxes, and invest in their business, life and future. She helps people get money they didn’t know they already had by using innovative tax reduction strategies. She started her career in a big tax preparation company, before ultimately starting her own business. For the last 18 years she has worked with clients in industries such as medical and dental care, IT, consulting, real estate, and more. Luba has always loved helping people, and while looking for the ways to legally reduce her clients tax liability, she has become very interested in the opportunities and loopholes hidden in the tax code.
Luba served as a Treasurer on the school board and local volunteer organization. She has also volunteered for the IRS Tax Assistance Program which aids low income individuals with their tax filings. She is an Enrolled Agent, Certified Tax Coach, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, National Tax Practice Institute Fellow, and QB ProAdvisor.

Neil has been married to Stacie since 1987, has three beautiful children and lives and works in Westlake Village, California.
