This Month's Program
Our speakers this month will be our members,
Brandon Hern and John Snell
With Brandon you and your family are more than just a number or transaction. Brandon takes the time to listen and understand your priorities and long term goals – your needs always come first. Throughout the loan process, he educates and empowers his customers with multiple options and loan programs. Brandon does all the work on the front end, making the process easier for his clients.
From approval through closing, Brandon communicates with everyone involved and the real estate agent is never in the dark. He takes full ownership of your entire experience and will never pass off your loan to others to finish. As a former US Army Infantry Officer and senior leader at a Future 100 company, Brandon lives the values expected of a servant leader and understands the complexities of our financial market.
Buying a home should be one of the most exciting times in your life. “I love helping others find great homes for their families,” Brandon says. “The best part of my job is when I run into my clients at the grocery store or during my son’s baseball game and to hear how much they love our community.” Brandon knows that trust and communication are a priority in the loan process and depends solely on your referral to generate business.
Brandon and his wife, Andrea, have two awesome boys, Ethan and Alex. When not at Ethan’s baseball game, playing tennis with Andrea, or building Legos with Alex, Brandon can be found volunteering in his community as a mentor for young children.
John Snell has been a residential mortgage loan originator since 1993. He founded and operated Integra Mortgage, Inc. from 1997-2009, twice earning a spot on the Dallas Business Journal’s coveted Book of Lists under the Largest Residential Mortgage Lenders category. After the 2008 real estate market collapse, John reinvented his mortgage practice, which he describes as more of a “boutique” operation, with himself and a small support staff.
John is a past president of the Dallas/Fort Worth Association of Mortgage Brokers and was one of the first lenders in Texas to obtain the Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) designation issued by the Divorce Lending Association in 2014. He has written and taught CLE courses on divorce/mortgage issues and is trained in Collaborative Law.
John dedicates 75% of his mortgage practice to helping divorcing individuals and couples with their home loan and credit needs. He is known not only for his empathy in working with divorcing clients, but also his skill in closing loans efficiently and on time.
